		The restoration of the Bryn Mawr-Kenmore did more than rejuvinate a beautiful historic building. It set in motion the rebirth of this beautiful, lakefront historic district. The restoration involved repairing the masonry, roofing and critical building systems, bringing the apartments up to contemporary standards, restoring the public spaces and renovating the ground level shops. Today, the Bryn Mawr-Kenmore Building anchors this bustling neighborhood.
